Set in White Cross Bay 5 star holiday park our lodge is in a lovely spot with woodland outlook where birds and deer can be seen. White Cross Bay has many attractions for visitors and is set on the side of Lake Windermere with a beautiful marina where boat launching is available. You have the option of using all the facilities such as Swimming Pool & Spa, Gym, Outdoor Sports Court. Childrens playground, Childrens club, Bar and restaurant or you can just chill and relax in the peacefulness of the Log Cabin which has a wrap around decking area with a large table and chairs along with a sofa set all not overlooked. There are walks from the site and Brockhole Visitors Centre is within walking distance where the Treetop Trek is available along with smaller facilities for younger visitors. The boats to Ambleside, Windermere and all the walkers stops including Wray Castle stop at Brockhole so the whole of Lake Windermere can be reached without having to take the car.

Our Lounge is very well furnished with all matching furniture and it has 2 sofas and a modern wall mounted cosy fire, there is a 32" TV, DVD player, Hi Fi, I pod deck and we have USB charging sockets for your convenience. There are french doors leading directly on to the decking area which is ideal for Al Fresco dining.

The Dining Area has a large 6 seater dining table with chairs and is ideal for the family to enjoy meals together.

Our modern fitted kitchen overlooks woodlands to all sides and has all the facilities required for a home from home holiday whilst watching the birds feed. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing maching, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The main bedroom with king size bed overlooks woodlands and has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower cubicle, there are fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

The second bedroom which looks towards Scafell Pike in the distance has a king size zip and link bed which enables the room to be used as a double or twin room. there is a fitted wardrobe.

The third bedroom overlooking woodland has full size bunk beds so is ideal for both children and adults.

The main bathroom has a corner jacuzzi bath and shower, many guests have commented on how lovely it is to have a jacuzzi bath after a walk in the Lake District.

There is ample parking in 3 parking areas outside the lodge.

We are sorry but pets are not allowed at the lodge due to family allergies.

Rowanburn Lodge is a beautiful cedar lodge overlooking the historic Duke's Pond. The lodge is located on the edge of Greystoke Forest, with views looking towards Blencathra and the Northern Fells of the Lake District National Park. The lodge has a large, gated, decking area with garden furniture, overlooking the pond and an extensive natural garden with alternative sitting areas so you can enjoy the sun or shade while you unwind.
