We invite you to share our personal home-from-home, a delightful self-catering cedarwood chalet on a quiet site , views onto woodland and local bird life , including Philip the Pheasent . As i write this I can see Robins , Blue Tits and Blackbirds on the bird feeders.
The chalet is a perfect base for all that West Wales has to offer and under 2 miles from LLansteffan Beach ( not suitable for swimming , perfect for Walks and playing on )
with For children, there is also a play area.

The site also has stunning views of the Towy Valley and surrounding countryside.

The chalet consists of a lounge, kitchen-diner, bathroom, with a combined bath & shower. two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other single is a cabin bed ( waist height) .

There is not a television but there is a music hi-fi with a selection of CD's and books
and you can bring a laptop pre loaded with flim's to watch
There is a £1 coin meter for electric so please bring a selection.

Newly renovated for Spring 2023, Caban Croeso is set in a beautiful and peaceful countryside location, just a 2 mile drive from Llansteffan beach. This 3 bedroom cabin is a great place for relaxing and a great base for exploring our beautiful Welsh coastline. Situated on a family friendly site, get up early to watch beautiful summer sunrises, from your doorstep and enjoy countryside and coastline walks. There is free parking, WiFi, children's playground, and coin-operated launderette on site.
The space
This newly renovated 3 bedroom cabin has two double beds, one single bed, a shower room and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area. Early risers can enjoy summer sunrise from their doorstep and follow the sun around the cabin to enjoy some afternoon alfresco dining. There is a small fruit and nut orchard to the rear of the cabin along with many apple and pear trees dotted around the rest of the park. The cabin is located on a well maintained site with ample green spaces for picnics, walks, and a playground for children. There is a goal shooting net situated at the top of the park. There are no commercial activities on the site. The Mansion House is a 2 minute walk away , offering a la carte dining along with wonderful views across the Towy estuary. There is also a Mexican bar offering a basic menu. Llansteffan village is a 2 mile drive away and has a village store, Inn at the Sticks pub and the Castle Inn offering various dining options. If you are looking for some retail therapy, coffee shop, restaurant, or a well known supermarket, Carmarthen town is a 10 minute drive away (approx 4.5 miles). On route to Carmarthen there is a tenpin bowling alley (Xcel bowl) and a leisure centre with indoor pool, in the village of Johnstown.

Other things to note:
On site swimming pool is only open during school summer holidays and is dependant on the availability of lifeguards. Therefore, I cannot guarantee it will be open. If the pool is due to be open during your stay I will do my utmost to inform you in advance of your stay. All rooms in the cabin have wall-mounted electric heaters. Please do not cover heaters E.g. for drying clothes. There is a coin-operated launderette in the main sites building near the entrance to the park. Strictly no dogs or other pets allowed. No vaping or smoking inside the premises. There is a steep path leading up to the cabin with hand rails for support if needed. There is CCTV in operation on the site.
