An ideal location to relax at the end of an active day with invigorating walks along the National Trust Coastal Pathways, a round of golf at the championship golf course at nearby Saunton, horse riding, and surfing at Croyde and Saunton. The larger village of Braunton is just five minutes drive and offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and gives access to the Tarka Trail that follows the track of the old railway around the estuary towards Barnstaple. The market town facilities of Barnstaple and the splendour of Exmoor are both just 20 minutes drive.
