Also on this level, is the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, on the first floor is the first of the double bedrooms as well as two of the family bathrooms. On the second floor, is the master double bedroom which boasts en-suite bathroom, as well as a bunk bed room, perfect for younger guests! On the third floor, is the final double bedroom  and family bathroom.

Outside, the terrace makes the perfect spot for the whole family to gather on a warm evening, cook up a storm on the barbecue and enjoy a meal al fresco. For those who prefer to stay on land, North Devon also makes an ideal location for both walking and cycling. For those on foot, there are remarkable coastal paths to enjoy, while Exmoor National Park is just 30 minutes from the Beach Bay Cottage and offers a variety of routes for both experienced walkers or those who simply prefer a short stroll. The Park has Swimming Pools, Bar, Restaurant and Entertainment areas, available to our guests (for a small fee) from Easter until the end of October each year. The Chalet is available for hire from mid-March until mid-January each year.

The Chalet has an open-plan Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen area, a Bathroom with Walk-In Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin and WC, a Double and a Twin Bedroom, sleeping up to 4 people, plus there is room for a travel cot.

Bed linen is provided and all the beds are made up prior to arrival. Bath towels are also included. There is electric heating throughout and the cost of electricity is included in the price.

A 500m flat walk from the Welcome Holiday Park is Dawlish Warren's long, sandy beach, which in 2018 was awarded the Internationally renowned Blue Flag Beach for the 20th consecutive year.

Large enough for a family of six - loft bedroom only suitable for children or teenagers - but still cosy enough for couples to enjoy this beautiful cabin. Perfect for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and yet still be near the tourist attractions of the south hams area of Devon. Five minutes away by car, Bantham beach is a surfers paradise and from there you can walk the coastal path in either direction as far as your feet will take you. The scenery is superb and there are many beaches and coves along the way. Further afield you can visit Salcombe, Dartmouth, Totnes, Noss mayo, newton Ferrers, kings bridge and many lovely villages.
Woodcutters is one of only six privately owned cabins in the idyllic setting of buck land park. It is managed, maintained and continuously updated by its owners to provide superbly comfortable accommodation.
Approached by steps up to the open deck you enter through double doors into the cosy lounge. There is a sofa and three chairs, TV/DVD, electric wall heater and wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. The open plan kitchen leads off the lounge, is beautifully decorated and has a pine table with six chairs, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
The twin and double bedrooms open off the lounge. Spacious rooms with ample storage space, bedside cabinets and electric wall heaters. The large bathroom has bath with shower over, wc, washbasin and electric heated towel rail.
Space saver stairs lead upstairs to the large twin bedroom/playroom with its velux windows looking out over the hillside ideal for children or teenagers. (this room is not suitable for babies or small children )
Outside is a secluded sunny private garden with picnic table - a perfect place to relax in the evening whilst enjoying views of the hillside and listening to the babbling stream below the cabin.

Linen, towels and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. A welcome pack is also provided for your convenience.

Please make sure that you are able to climb on and off the boat before booking as it can move a bit. The boat may be unsuitable for those with some mobility issues.

The Belle Tent is set on a wooden standing within their own distinct area in a 4 acre field. The tent will comfortably sleep 4 on proper beds and mattresses (1 double, 2 singles) made up ready for your arrival. Children will love the cow themed duvet covers! There is room for an additional child on a smaller, pull out mattress but please bring your own bedding (if you wish to bring your own small inflatable bed and bedding instead you can do so).

You have access to your own covered outdoor kitchen area equipped with a gas barbecue, as well as cooking equipment and crockery. An outdoor seating area is also provided.

​Those wanting a more authentic camping experience will enjoy the fire pit provided, perfect for toasting marshmallows!

​There is no electric provision within the tent allowing you to switch off from the outside world, although electricity is available in the play barn if you really can’t leave your mobile behind!
