This beautiful glamping pod is set on 29 acres of farming land and is nestled in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains in an Area Of Astounding Natural Beauty, a perfect destination where dogs and horses are welcome for an additional charge. Dinas Pod yr Elenydd has direct views of DINAS Reservoir where you can picnic, walk your dog, or fish after obtaining a permit locally. The pod is surrounded by beautiful mountainous landscapes that are characterized by steep valleys, rolling hills, and the fast-flowing Rheidol River. The Pod is a stone’s throw away from The World-famous Devil's Bridge Waterfalls for guests who are seeking to Forest Bathe. This is a great way of escaping the hustle and bustle of busy life into nature filled with wildlife, including rare bird species, and boasts a rich cultural heritage that dates back to prehistoric times. Whether you're a solo traveller or a couple, a glamping pod in the Cambrian Mountains is the perfect way to unwind and become one with nature.
Your stay
- The pod is equipped with comfortable furnishings and serene lighting making it a perfect space to relax.
- The interior boasts a comfortable king-size bed that lies straight ahead to the back of the pod, along with the shower room.
- On the left hand side as you enter the pod is a 2 seater comfortable sofa to relax with panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.
- The seating area is a fully-equipped kitchenette. The stylishly furnished interior creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring the nearby attractions.
- Facilities Include - Under counter fridge (no freezer) , Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Single Electric Hob , Hairdryer, King Size Bed, 2-seater Sofa, Ensuite Shower, TV , Recycling bins , BBQ , Bed Linen and 2 x towels provided.
- Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the outdoor deck while breathing in the fresh mountain air and admiring the stunning scenery. A glamping pod in the hills is the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature in style.
Important information
- Private parking available by the pod.
- This is a self-catering property. Please bring your own food, washing up liquid and cleaning products, toiletries, tea towels, camping chairs (there is a bench provided in each pod).
- BBQ is provided but you will need to bring your own BBQ charcoal. (This is not permitted during winter months and during a heat wave).
- No signal or Wifi available at the pods location.
- All guests must be 21 years old and above .
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
- Recycling is very important to us, please try and recycle your rubbish when staying at the pod.
Information regarding dogs –
- Please ask to read our pet policy before booking to avoid any disappointment.
- 1 dog per booking.
- Damage deposit will be refunded upon inspection within 7 days of departure.
- Please provide paperwork of all vaccinations in advance – tick, flea and worming must be up to date.
- Dinas View is dog friendly and is fenced off with the direct views to Dinas Reservoir- Hence the name.
- Pods are fenced off and have live stock around them, please be mindful of this whilst staying with your dog.
Information regarding Horses
- We have 29 acres of land, a perfect spot for Horses to come and relax with you.
- We shall accept up to 2 horses in our barn, based on guests having an insurance cover. (£30 charge per stay, this should be payed to the owner on arrival).
- We shall provide shelter, grazing and water for the horses. (Important information - there isn't a stable at the location just a barn)
- Please ensure that you contact and inform the owners after booking, making them aware before your stay of any information regarding the horses.
- Important information - sheep and lambs will be in the fields during their stay.
We also have another Glamping Pod called "Cambrian pod yr Elenydd" and it has the Panoramic views of Cambrian Mountains.

This vacation home is located in Aberystwyth. Silver Mountain Experience and Ceredigion Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kingston upon Thames - Shepperton Ferry Trail and Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club. Camera Obscura and Coastriders Kitesurfing are also worth visiting.
The Hedgerow Hut is a gorgeous, designer built, self contained cabin, with unhindered views of The Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire's Coast National Park. Located right at the field side, so you can enjoy watching foxes, badgers, red kites, buzzards, the hay making or even sheep!
This is a perfect getaway for two, imagine retreating for a romantic few days, the smell of the bbq, a gentle stroll up a nearby hill, or shoes off on the beach as the tide comes in. The Hedgerow Hut is open plan, with an adventurous double bed on a deck, accessed by ladder, where you can view the world through the glass front of the cabin. The deck alsow rises to make even more room. Two futons are available if you don't feel so nimble, or if 3 of you share the cabin. There is a well equipped decent size kitchen area and a BBQ is available. The shower/toilet is a separate en-suite design. - (it will sleep four at a push, but you want really good weather and harmonious, easy going friends for that!!)
As well as inside seats, there is ample outside seating, to enjoy that evening glass of wine, or even the morning cuppa. A very quiet hideaway to do absolutely nothing, or fully explore the natural beauty of our coastline, hills or the neolithic heritage of the blue stones. Come, unwind and be refreshed, soak in the views of the highest point in the Preseli Hills from your chair or even from bed!!
Located in Clynderwen, this cabin is in a rural area. Pentre Ifan Dolmen and Picton Castle & Gardens are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Steep Ravine and Mayfield Golf & Driving Range. Moorland Cottage Plants and Holgan Farm Fishery are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

This wonderful Mongolian yurt is set in the stunning and varied UNESCO Dyfi biosphere and Wales s drier coastal area, offering awe inspiring views across to the neighbouring mountains. The beach at Aberystwyth is 3.5 miles away, with Borth Beach 5 miles away, up through a fantastic valley with beautiful views across Cardigan Bay. Aberystwyth is a wonderful town that is steeped in history and a haven for foodies with many fantastic independent eateries. Moving away from the coast, Snowdonia National Park is 24 miles away and is an absolute must for hikers and guests who are just looking for a scenic drive with incredible landscapes. Ynyslas Sand Dunes and Nature Reserve is 7.5 miles away, the largest dunes in Ceredigion. After a busy day exploring the beautiful local area, make your way back to the yurt, which is set on the owner s wider property which comprises a small campsite and a further holiday let. Head into the yurt using a private path and step into the spacious, traditional and cosy yurt. The yurt is best described as offering simplistic luxury, with everything you need to enjoy your stay whilst offering a lovely open space to be able to truly unwind. There is a super king size bed and an additional sofa bed that can be used by an additional guest on request. Inside there is space to dine and hanging space for clothes along with some drawers to be able to unpack your things. The yurt uses solar power for its electrics and has thermostatically controlled underfloor heating, keeping it nice and warm all year round. A short 20 metre walk towards the main house leads you into a private kitchen area which has everything you need for a self catered stay. There is also an area here to dine if you choose not to eat in the yurt itself. Just off this space is a private shower room, ensuring your glamping stay is comfortable and relaxing. To the front of the yurt is a lovely patio area with comfortable outdoor seating and a wood fired hot tub, ideal for enjoy the stunning views across to the mountains, and stargaze in the evenings. There is a dedicated car parking space for the yurt just 25 metres away along a private path.
The hut is tucked away on a working farm in the village of Lamphey. There is a village pub serving food and a village shop. The neighbouring town of Pembroke can be reached in just 2 miles and enjoys a selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can also visit historic Pembroke Castle, the birthplace of Henry VII. For a day at the beach, head to Freshwater East in just 2 miles. The beach has a large expanse of golden sand backed by sand dunes offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The train station is only 1 mile away with easy access to Tenby (8.5 miles), make a day of it with an array of beaches, shops and pubs along with a harbour to explore. As you enter the hut, you are welcomed into the open plan living and sleeping area. There is a generously sized kitchen offering you ample space to prepare breakfast or a quick supper. There is a breakfast bar to dine on or simply have a cup of coffee and plan out the next day's adventure. The wood burner completes the living area perfect to cosy up on cooler nights. To the end of the hut is a double bed with built in under bed storage and a Smart TV. The contemporary shower room has a freestanding, rainfall shower and WC. Externally, there is outdoor seating provided, set around the fire pit BBQ. Relax and enjoy dining alfresco while looking out over the fields of the working farm.
Tucked away on private land, surrounded by farmland, hills, and rivers, this location is perfect for walkers and cyclists with a variety of trails mapped out from your doorstep. The local village of Felindre, less than 1 mile away, has a few shops and places for food and a must visit wool museum that shows off the area s industrial heritage of wool manufacturing. Just 3 miles away, you can discover the castle ruins in the market town of Newcastle Emlyn and for seaside fun head to Aberporth Beach which has two sheltered sandy beaches and a lovely coastal path to nearby Tresaith Beach, both within a 14 mile radius. As you arrive at this lovely little bolthole you will be captured by its charm and craftsmanship, which continues to delight you as you enter the property. The ground floor living space has everything you need to make your romantic stay a relaxing experience. You have a toasty wood burner, which also doubles as a wood oven with a hot plate for those romantic evenings. Choose from three seating areas, including the dining table, a large, restful sofa, or two characteristic wooden chairs complete with local Welsh wool blankets. Should you feel the need to connect with the outside world, you do have access to a Smart TV and Wi Fi. The kitchenette is well equipped with gas burners, microwave, toaster, kettle, and some gorgeous local hand crafted crockery sitting on the Welsh dresser. The final element on the ground floor is the large wet room including WC. Now it s time to venture up the stunning hand crafted staircase to enjoy those 360 degree panoramic views through the bespoke glass dome and find your snuggly bed for the night, which is a thick mattress laid on the mezzanine floor with squishy duvet and blankets, making it an absolute delight for stargazing. Outside you can park up to two vehicles next to the roundhouse and there is a bistro set to enjoy al fresco dining. On the weekends, a pop up vegan/vegetarian restaurant (to be booked in advance) can be found on site, offering a three course menu using locally sourced ingredients.
The chalet is located in a small, purpose built holiday park, opposite the coast. The beach offers a long stretch of golden sand which can be enjoyed along with the dunes. If you feel like heading into town, Pembroke (4 miles) has an array of shops, restaurants and bars to wander around or why not explore historic Pembroke Castle, the birthplace of Henry VII? Tenby can be reached in just under 9 miles and Manor Park Zoo is just 8 miles away for a day out with the family. As you enter the chalet, you are welcomed into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has ample seating for four seated around the Smart TV. Settle down for an evening and stream your favourite movies after a fun day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and an under counter fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a dining table for four so open up a pack of cards or a board game. Up the stairs to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms along with the family bathroom. The light, airy master bedroom has a king size bed with storage for your clothes and belongings and the second bedroom is a twin room with two small single beds perfect for children. The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and WC. Externally, there is no garden but there is a front lawn, and the beach is less than 200 meters away.
This cosy cabin in the Carmarthenshire countryside is a perfect getaway, whether you re looking for a romantic hideaway or an adventure packed holiday. Located 4 miles from Llandovery, this colourful town offers a variety of independent eateries and shops and provides a gateway to the Cambrian Mountains, popular with hikers and cyclists. Llandovery is also one of the train stops on the scenic Heart of Wales line, on which you can enjoy some of the most spectacular landscapes stretching from Swansea to Shrewsbury. More fun days out await just 7 miles away in the smallest town in Wales Llanwrtyd Wells. This small town is well known for its Bog Snorkelling Championships, Real Ale Rambles and Man vs Horse race. Step through the French doors and into this wonderfully crafted cabin into the open plan living/kitchen and dining area, which has some quite unique features and accessories. After a busy day exploring, snuggle up on the sofa to read a book or watch the Smart TV. Everything you need to rustle up a home cooked meal is provided within the kitchen area and Welsh dresser. A portable dining table and chairs are tucked neatly away for your use. You may find it difficult to wake from your slumber in the dreamy, double bedroom nook, which is super soft and comfortable and decorated with twinkly lights and floral trim. The floral theme follows through to the shower room with a pretty, Victorian style basin and WC. Outside, the magic continues with a lovely wooden terrace, which can be enjoyed come rain or shine and offers you relaxing views over the lawn area whilst you listen to the running stream. Head further into the enchanting garden to find a sunken fire pit and BBQ where you can spend many an evening relaxing under the stars and sharing stories.
This modern lodge is set in a popular holiday park just 1 mile from Tenby. The local village benefits from a couple of bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. You can join the coastal path and take the scenic route into Tenby or make the short drive (1.4 miles). Tenby has four beautiful beaches to choose from or you could plan a trip from the harbour out to Caldey Island and enjoy a day there. There are plenty of independent and high street shops, bars, restaurants and cafes to keep you busy or simply enjoy fish and chips at the seaside. For family days out, Manor Wildlife Park can be reached in 2.8 miles, or head to Oakwood Theme Park in just 12 miles. As you enter the lodge you are welcomed into a spacious, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has comfortable seating centred around the wall mounted Smart TV and views out to your private patio terrace through the French doors. There is a dining table for eight and a contemporary kitchen to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Head back to the hallway and you will find four guest bedrooms a king size room with an en suite, an additional double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have the benefit of built in storage and offer a tranquil space to relax. Completing this lodge is the family bathroom. Outside, there is a patio terrace with outdoor dining furniture to enjoy a meal or a drink alfresco after a day at the beach.

Take a boat trip to spot the dolphins or go fishing. Explore the marine wildlife museum, try out one of the water sports on offer or simply enjoy a bite to eat at one of the pubs or restaurants. Head further afield to Aberystwyth, another popular seaside town with plenty or activities to enjoy. There is also nearby National Trust sites to visit including Llanerchaeron and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines. Step inside this stylish yet cosy retreat into the studio style lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. Relax in the lounge area after a long day of exploring on the comfy sofa, which folds out as a sofa bed, and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. Prepare a romantic meal in the kitchen area which is equipped with an induction hob, microwave/grill and a fridge. You can enjoy your resulting meal around the dining table whilst enjoying the views. When you re ready for bed, retreat to the sleeping area and enjoy a good night s rest in the double bed and wake up to the views over the lake. Within the four and a half acre grounds, across from the two stylish glamping pods named 'Machlud Ar Y Dwr' and 'Porthdy Gwas Y Neidr, there is Pontfaen Villa, also available to book, accommodating 22 persons.
