Our homely chalet is located on Broadside Chalet Park in the small town of Stalham, the chalet is a great base for the Norfolk broads. The chalet is located very close to a number of beautiful beaches. The beaches of Sea Palling as well Horsey beach for seal spotting.

The space
The chalet has undergone a complete renovation in 2022/ early 2023 including new floors, new sofa, new kitchen, new appliances, new bathroom and brand-new beds and mattresses.

All with modern appliances and utensils.

You will also find a 40-inch widescreen T.V with Freeview, DVD player and all the smart features along with a great selection of DVDs and a nice selection of games in case of rainy days or chilled nights in. We also provide WIFI at £5 per stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a brand new oven, hob, fridge with freezer, 4 slice toaster, kettle, microwave and an array of pots, pans and cooking utensils.

The chalet overlooks a large green where children can play safely.

There is a outdoor swimming pool which opens at the end of May until early September. The pool entry is included in the price of the rental. There is also a toddler pool and a play area all overlooked by the clubhouse where you can grab a bite to eat and they also offer themed food nights in the week. The clubhouse also provides evening entertainment from regular bands, karaoke, bingo and quiz nights

Please note that the electric in the chalet is coin operated. The meter takes £1 or £2 coins, and it is your responsibility to have enough for the duration of your stay. There will always be £5 in credit when you arrive. We ask that you leave £5 remaining credit when you leave please.

Please note that we have installed a bath for the use of small children only as the boiler for the chalet is only a small unit and would not fill the bath for adult use. * We’ve got a fabulous selection of NEW treats and surprises you can now add to make your stay extra special. If you want to travel a bit further afield by car or bus ( bus stop is just outside the main gate ), then Great Yarmouth ( 15 min drive ) offers a pleasure beach full of rides including 4 rollercoasters, the hippodrome circus for all the family, 2 piers with bowling, amusements and well known acts, the Kerridale model village, sea life centre, horse drawn carriage rides along the front, horse racing track and a greyhound racing track and many more things than I can list here.
A bit further takes you to the famous norfolk broads, with day hire boats, broads tour boats, paddle boarding and canoeing , travel on the 9 mile miniature steam train on the bure valley railway from Wroxham, take the children to bewilderwood and trilgby hall wildlife gardens or Africa alive at Lowestoft. Nearby there are plenty of takeaways and delivery services, bars, restaurants, pubs, Winterton on Sea, Great Yarmouth, Thrigby Hall Wildlife park & relaxing boat trips on the Norfolk Broads with the nearest being Ormesby / Broad about 2 miles away - Please kindly note that we can only take bookings for a full week, usually Saturday to Saturday
