There are six well-appointed bedrooms, two family rooms with king-size beds each with two additional single beds, a king-size room and a double-room, each complete with en-suite bathrooms. There is a further king-size bedroom with additional single bed, while the final bedroom boasts a king-size sofa bed, these bedrooms share the use of an en-suite bathroom.
 
Outside, with three acres of rolling gardens to wander, there are plenty of hidden spots for the adults to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet with a good book while the children play fun games on the lawn! Spend a warm Summer evening cooking up a storm on the barbecue and dining al fresco on the terrace, afterwards, end the day in the hot tub enjoying a sun downer while enjoying the total tranquillity of the picturesque surroundings.

Cotswold Valley Manor is located in the small village of France Lynch. The closest pub, The King’s Head, is less than a 10-minute walk away – perfect for staggering home of an evening! The neighbouring larger village of Chalford Hill has a handy post office, a village shop and a fish & chip shop, perfect for lazy evenings. The market town of Stroud is just a 10-minute car journey away, here there is a fantastic variety of independent shops, cafes and galleries and one of the best Farmers markets in the country which takes place every Saturday between 9am and 2pm.
 
Further afield, Cirencester, often referred to as the Capital of the Cotswolds is just twenty minutes away while Cheltenham, Bath and Bristol are all within an hour’s drive. Similarly, some of the Cotswolds most notable villages and towns including Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh are again just forty-five minutes to an hour away.

Cuttermoon lodge has one bedroom with a king size bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge allow 2 - 4 people to sleep comfortably. The shower room has an electric shower and heated towel rail and comes equipped with freshly laundered towels and toiletries.

The lodge is heated with and electric radiators and LPG Stove.

The kitchen area is very well equipped and includes a gas stove/hob, microwave, toaster and fridge with ice box.

We also have a blue tooth radio, tv with built in dvd player and private Roto Spa hot tub on a covered veranda area. A outdoor picnic area, fire pit and BBQ makes eating al fresco a pleasure.

NB. A hot tub is not a paddling pool or a toy therefore it is best to never allow children under the age of 8 to use the hot tub due to the many risks including drowning, infection, and possible brain damage caused by the high temperatures. Never leave children unattended in or near a hot tub.

Pets and children are very welcome.

We are surrounded by fruit farms and as such do have the occasional 'Crow Scarer' siren and tractor noise associated with living in the country.

Although we do not request a security deposit, guests would be expected to cover the cost of any damage to high value items such as the hot tub & television etc.

We believe we have found our own little piece of heaven and want to share it!

For excellent gastro-pubs The Bell at Sapperton, Trouble House Inn, Potting Shed and Village Pub Barnsley are within 10 mins drive. For fine dining try Barnsley House, Calcot Manor or The Rectory.
 
From the doorstep there is excellent walking through the Bathurst Estate with the source of the Thames about a mile away.
