This is a paradise for keen walkers, with one of the most popular trails being the Great Glen Way. The property is in the perfect location for a true Scottish adventure. Whether you're hiking through rugged hills, hurtling down mountain bike trails, white water rafting or meandering along the shoreline of the loch, you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you. Step inside to the spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows and admire the stunning views. Relax on the comfortable sofa after a day out exploring the local area and watch a great film on the Smart TV. There are French doors leading out to the decking area. The well equipped kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a storm. Next is the dining area with beautiful countryside views the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Heading north from the property, you can visit the popular city of Inverness which has a fantastic variety of great pubs, restaurants and shops as well as attractions including Inverness Castle, the Botanic Gardens, St Andrew's Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre. Further along Moray Firth is the Victorian seaside town of Nairn, where you can take a stroll along the stunning beach. Heading west you can explore the famous Loch Ness. Other local places of interest include Culloden Battlefield, Tomatin Distillery and Clava Cairns. Three steps lead up to the property with patio doors leading you into the spacious, fresh and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has beautiful country views and is a lovely space for relaxing in, with plenty of seating, a TV and traditional wood burner. There's a useful breakfast bar and the stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and a fridge with an ice compartment. You will also find two cosy bedrooms a double room with a TV, and a twin room, as well as a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Going outside, you can relax and enjoy the views from the large garden which features an extensive decked area with plenty of outdoor furniture including a hand built wooden picnic bench and outdoor draughts game. This is a great space to enjoy al fresco meals, a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The garden also features an abundance of wild birds, so it's a great spot for bird watchers. Ample parking is available on the driveway for two cars. Please note that there are horses in surrounding fields and dogs in the neighbouring house. Dogs must be well behaved and kept on a lead when outside.

Cabins Carn Eilrig & Geal Cham are identical quality log cabins situated adjacent to Croftside, Aviemore. Croftside is a quiet residential area of Aviemore and the log cabins are in a cul de sac with no through traffic.

Both Lodges are 3 bedroom, double glazed, and well insulated ensuring maximum comfort with quality furnishings, fully equipped modern kitchens and colour TVs with DVD player. The heating throughout is electric.

There is accommodation for up to 6 guests in each lodge with three bedrooms per lodge and additional en suite facilities in the master bedrooms. Outside there is ample parking space, and our prices are fully inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity. We are also happy to accommodate well behaved pets.

Kitchen/ Lounge area/ Diner – The fully fitted modern kitchen contains numerous appliances including ceramic hob, oven, microwave & dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils and crockery you will require. The dining area seats 6, and the living area has two large settees, a flat panel TV
