The studio was formerly an art studio and there are even some pictures on the walls that were painted there.

It is a good size space even with the sofa bed down in bed position. It has a little patio which get the sun in the mornings and is ideal for breakfast or lunch outdoors.

It's a lovely, light space with big windows on all sides and black out curtains to keep the light out while sleeping. The sofa bed is a standard double size, but very long. It has a comfy mattress topper to ensure a good night's sleep.

This is Neolithic Central with the World Heritage Sites of Avebury (4.7km) and Stonehenge Stone Circles (32km) nearby. In addition are lesser known Neolithic sites of Silbury Hill and the West Kennett Long Barrow (both 4.5km) are also well worth a visit.

The Studio is ideal for walkers with walks up the Dene, the Ridgeway, the West Woods or the Downs. It is also perfect for cyclists as we are just off the popular National Cycle Route 45, and there is a shed to lock bikes in.

A charming solid oak framed cabin, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer, and 12pm until 4pm in the winter.  



We have a farm shop and vineyard next door, and an excellent pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.  



The Cabin has vaulted ceilings, and large solid oak beams. With a king size double bed, and soft down duvet and pillows. There is a kitchenette with a small table top oven, with two hobs (basic on/off - no temperature control) and a compact undercounter fridge and freezer. At the entrance, there is a breakfast table with stools.  



Outside, there is a small patio with tables, chairs and a BBQ. Although the patio is overlooked by the house, we aim to give guests as much privacy as possible. Hedging around the Cabin and patio provides privacy from the brewery beer garden.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the brewery space, both during brewery open times, and when the brewery is closed. We request that if using the brewery space during opening hours, that only food/drink from the brewery is consumed, guests are entitled to a 20% discount at the brewery taproom (excludes takeaway bottles/merch).  


There is a small field next to the brewery car park, which is used as overflow parking in the summer. Guests are very welcome to use this field for their own enjoyment when the brewery is closed.  


We're based in Setley which is a hamlet of Brockenhurst. We have a great local pub (The Filly) which has recently undergone a £1M refurbishment, and we're directly next door to Setley Ridge Vineyard which has an excellent farm shop selling high quality local produce, a garden centre, as well as a lovely café serving food throughout the day. There is a footpath which runs directly in front of our property, and it takes roughly 5 minutes to walk end to end from the Filly to the Vineyard. The Cabin is set back roughly 60 metres from the A337.  Getting to Brockenhurst: Brockenhurst Taxis are the local taxi firm, and typically charge £4 – 8 for the journey. If driving it’s a 2 minute drive, there are several car parks within the village. Walking takes between 30 – 60 minutes, the longer and more scenic route is through Roydon woods, turning left after approx. half a mile, which takes you out to Church Lane. Or you can walk across the heathland (there’s a small gate on the opposite side of the main road at the end of our driveway), you can then walk along Sway Road into Brockenhurst. Unfortunately, the first 200 yards of Sway Road doesn’t have a pavement.

This cabin is located in Brockenhurst. The area's natural beauty can be seen at New Forest National Park and Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while New Forest Museum and Sammy Miller Museum are cultural highlights. Paultons Family Theme Park - Home of Peppa Pig World and Lymington Sea Water Baths are also worth visiting.
