You can be in Southampton with cinemas, bowling, shopping etc in 20 minutes. A great exploring base!

The space
1 double bedroomed, cosy, heated studio (extra single bed - John Lewis sofa/chair bed - in the same room, available on request) which is furnished with character furniture - double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Modern shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, fridge, microwave. And a TV if you just fancy chilling!

A really lovely place to stay - you’ll have your own garden set within the main house 1/3 acre garden - we have a very free-ranging chicken (Roo), a cat and a very chilled dog.

It’s a very cosy space. Perfect getaway! Wifi to keep you connected.

Guest access
You have your own key and the summerhouse/studio is set in its own private garden, accessed through our garden (hen might roam in to say hi - so we recommend keeping your gate closed so she doesn’t wake you by tapping on your door!) with garden table and chairs.

Just make yourself at home!

Other things to note
We also have a free roaming hen and a cat that doesn't go far. Please can you make sure you shut our garden gate behind you so the hen doesn’t free range further than planned!

You can easily park one car on our drive with an additional car along the hedge line if need be.
