Hayle, Cornwall, South West of England

Kernick Sands - 10min walk through the sand dunes to the beach. Private Parking! From £959 Availability

Kernick Sands is set in on the outskirts of Hayle, just off the A30. We are between Phillack and Gwithian. The property backs onto Sandy Acres and the idyllic sand dunes of 'The Towans'.

Hayle beach stretches 3 miles long and is one of the most lifeguarded beaches in Cornwall. There are multiple lifeguard posts along the beach, along with regular quad bike and ski patrols, so you can swim, surf and snorkel worry-free.

Finding the property couldn't be easier, we are situated straight off the A30. There are local transport links close by, bus stops at the end of the road, and a train station in Hayle town. A short 10 minute drive to the stunning and iconic town of St Ives.

There are many local pubs, shops and restaurants nearby, I can recommend some upon request and help with reservations if needed, or you're more than welcome to fire up the BBQ in the garden and enjoy some freshly caught fish or whatever tickles your fancy.

We are lucky enough to have a Lidl a 5 minute walk down the road, a local convenience store 50 yards from the premises, as well as plenty of farmers markets and farm shops within a mile or two. Local harbour. West Cornwall Shopping Center a 10 minute from the property.

The annexe has been newly re-fitted last summer. We had an excellent season of guests, with some great feedback. We are always open to feedback and greatly keen to please; a shower screen and hob were added due to recommendations from previous guests.

Private entrance via the key coded gate on the left hand side; it is well lit and all one level for easy access. Outdoor lights are motion sensitive so no need to search for a switch. The driveway at the front of the house will be your private parking during your stay. The space is approximately 6m long x 3m wide; if for whatever reason your car is too large for this space, feel free to use the dropped curb or surrounding parking; there are no parking restrictions on my road.

When arriving into the garden area, the annexe is situated on your right. The key is kept in a safe next to the door.

I live in the main house, and will most likely be available (unless working away) if you have any questions throughout your stay. Otherwise I'll be at the end of the phone if needed :-)

Thanks for looking and if you have any questions, drop me a message.

Please feel free to view my private Instagram for daily updates, happy to communicate through there also
