Beaches Chalet is situated in a quiet and peaceful location on the northern edge of the 4* Welcome Holiday Park, south facing and nestled amongst lawns and gardens.

The Park has Swimming Pools, Bar, Restaurant and Entertainment areas, available to our guests (for a small fee) from Easter until the end of October each year. The Chalet is available for hire from mid-March until mid-January each year.

The Chalet has an open-plan Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen area, a Bathroom with Walk-In Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin and WC, a Double and a Twin Bedroom, sleeping up to 4 people, plus there is room for a travel cot.

Bed linen is provided and all the beds are made up prior to arrival. Bath towels are also included. There is electric heating throughout and the cost of electricity is included in the price.

There is a patio with seating at the front of the property.

A 500m flat walk from the Welcome Holiday Park is Dawlish Warren's long, sandy beach, which in 2018 was awarded the Internationally renowned Blue Flag Beach for the 20th consecutive year.

Approached by steps up to the open deck you enter through double doors into the cosy lounge. There is a sofa and three chairs, TV/DVD, electric wall heater and wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. The open plan kitchen leads off the lounge, is beautifully decorated and has a pine table with six chairs, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

Set atop the sand dunes, Hillcrest is a beautiful 3 bedroom family chalet, well equipped for 6 people. Not overlooked and ideally situated to benefit from breathtaking 180 degree panoramic views and sunsets over the sea from St Ives in one direction to Godrevy lighthouse in the other.

With the beach just a few minutes walk away you can leave the car at home and enjoy the 3 miles of golden sand, which is lifeguarded in the top season. This stunning beach is great for surfing, body boarding, kite surfing or just soaking up the views. The beach is also safe for small children with natural swimming pools and rock pools left behind at low tide.

The large grassed area in front of the chalet with picnic bench makes alfresco meals a delight after a long day on the beach. If a meal or drink out is what you prefer then you can walk to The Bluff pub which overlooks the beach or along the estuary to Lula Shack for some great food and maybe a cocktail.

Hayle beach and The Towns enjoy world heritage status. It is a site of outstanding Natural beauty.
Well located for exploring many other areas in beautiful Cornwall. Riviere Towns is beautifully looked after, uncommercialised and with individual chalets. There are a number of lovely and safe play areas for children, a general store within a two minute walk.
Lunches, snacks and refreshments are also available at the beach café at the top of the Cliffs.
There is a good choice of restaurants and pubs in Hayle town, and three large Supermarkets with free parking.
