Hire our beautifully decorated, holiday chalet, situated in a peaceful corner on the Park Dean Resort in Camber Sands.

Camber Sands is the only beach in sussex with wonderful sand dunes and miles of wonderful sand beach. There are now lifeguards situated on the beach too.

With two bedrooms (double room and bunk bed room) plus a smaa ask double sofa bed and an additional mattress in the bunk bed room for a small child if required. We also have a cot bed for hire if needed. We recommend no more than 3/4 adults without children but perfect for 2 adults and up to 3 children.

A shower/bathroom and a kitchenette fully equipped for self catering.

There is no washing machine in the chalet but there is a laundry on the Park Dean site.

The chalet is in a small quiet square with a lovely safe area of grass in front where children can play.

If you're not taking advantage of what we consider to be the best beach in Sussex, there are loads of other activities available nearby and on site. Nearby you can find kite surfing, wind surfing, golfing, go-karting, lovely walks, train rides and more. On the Park Dean Resort there is a swimming pool complex with 3 pools, tennis courts, an extensive children's play area, with water splash zone, trampolines, claiming area, crazy golf and a wonderful restaurant with indoor and outdoor eating.

Please note minimum 6 nights booking Sat to Sat during school summer holidays and minimum 3 night bookings in half terms and Easter holidays. Other times min 2 nights.

The social club is run by owner volunteers and displays the opening times and events on the black board outside. There is a £1 joining fee per adult per year which allows you to enjoy very cheap alcohol :-) The swimming pool is currently closed for refurbishment. There is no restaurant or bakery on site. Unfortunately the management company are still listing these on their website. If you are relying on a specific amenity being available, please e-mail me first before booking. There is a parking permit system on site, however if you do not manage to get any assistance from reception, do not worry. Thank you.

Lyon Court is a beautiful country house in a lovely countryside setting, tastefully converted into individual apartments. It overlooks Shanklin Down, yet is close to bus & train routes, and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre or Shanklin Old Village. The beach is a further 5 minutes walk.

The Old Stable is (as the name suggests) a stable converted into a studio apartment. Set in the secluded gardens of Lyon Court, it benefits from its own discrete south facing patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven and hob, a vintage Bosch fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, with ample cupboard space, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The living area is well designed for either a couple, a couple with a child, or a parent with two children, There is a comfy day bed that is dressed as a sofa for couples, or otherwise made up as a single bed. There is also a comfy double bed and a dining table for 3.

A 28" Smart TV is installed that is connected to our satellite system which is Netflix/Amazon ready.

There is a fan heater should it get a bit chilly in the Autumn evenings.

A wireless access point has also been installed, giving a fast wifi connection throughout the whole apartment and on the terrace.

A cot can also be accommodated, but the maximum occupancy must not exceed 3.

You will have access to all of the facilities at Lyon Court including a large, heated outdoor pool (open from the late May bank holiday weekend to the last week of September), a large terrace with electric BBQ, available May to September, on site launderette and extensive landscaped gardens.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beds are made up before your arrival, and we provide a welcome tray and under-sink items.
