The elegant open plan lounge and dining area are spacious and airy and are decorated with a sophisticated contemporary Scottish style.

Open plan Lounge, dining and bespoke kitchen area 7m X 6m with double height ceiling, full height double glazed window and with solid oak under floor heating complete with French doors, leading to your own private veranda overlooking the Loch.

The lounge area has two large stylish leather sofas, rocking chair, coffee tables, colour TV, DVD, CD player and fabulous Antler Chandelier.

The luxury bespoke kitchen comprises of Smeg appliances, breakfast bar and is off the dining area and is fully equipped with everything needed to serve a full scale dinner party if so desired.

Lochside Lodge has three bedrooms. One king size double room with on suite shower rooms and patio doors to the balcony area. The second has one double bed and one single bed with an on-suite bathroom, with a bath and a shower. The third room has two single beds with on-suite shower room. The whole lodge has underfloor heating for your comfort.

This chalet is located in Pitlochry. Mains of Taymouth Golf Course and Aberfeldy Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cairngorms National Park and Loch Tummel. Canyoning Scotland and Bolfracks Garden are also worth visiting.

Climb the solid oak stairs to the first floor where you will find the further two bedrooms, both with super king size zip and link beds (which can be made up as twins on request), and both with en suite bathrooms with bath and separate shower and WC. Stepping outside there is a paved patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining while enjoying the surrounding countryside views. The garden to the front of the property is lawn with a stone circle feature for enjoying views towards the Cromarty Firth. There are lots of local walks to enjoy from the house and ample parking available. Located in the Ross shire countryside with the city of Inverness and Inverness Airport about a 40 minute drive, this is a fantastic base for exploring the spectacular and dramatic Scottish Highlands. There are many country walks and cycle paths to enjoy, taking you to the dramatic Black Rock Gorge or take a woodland walk up to the Fyrish monument for spectacular views over the Cromarty Firth, (delete as this is currently closed) or visit the Dalmore Distillery located in Alness. Black Isle and Cromarty Firth boat trips are great for dolphin and seal spotting. Among the activities available include salmon and trout fishing, shooting, golf and many others. Dornoch's beautiful beaches, Urquhart Castle, Dunrobin Castle and the famous Loch Ness are within easy reach.
