We operate a basic campsite with external hot/cold shower, wet toilets & a campers kitchen with washing up facilities. Fire pits can be hired for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to bring their own fire wood but can also be purchased on site. Please Note: The pod comes equipped with electricity for guests to use responsibly. Do not use any electrical devices which have a high power wattage as this will overload the power supply for the campsite. Charging electric vehicles is strictly prohibited. As you enter through the lounge area there's a kitchenette to your left equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle, electric stove, oven and grill for all basic cooking requirements. kitchenware included: large/small plates, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery, drinking glasses, mugs & bread board. Free-view television with built in Netflix for all your binge worthy desires! To the right hand side of the cabin there is a little sofa which converts into a small double bed for added comfort or additional guests. The perfect place for a peaceful & relaxing stay in a rural setting only 10 mins from Grantham town by car. Our local Tesco express is approx 3 mins drive by car as are newsagents, fish & chips, pharmacy & Doctors surgery. Walking is around 30 mins to get to local amenities. Nearest pubs and cafes are in Grantham town.

Herigerbi Park is a serene and scenic site that’s often treated to spectacular sunsets – how splendid. Head three miles out of Grantham to get to Harrowby and the greenery of Herigerbi Park. This peaceful, well-maintained site is on a one-acre slightly sloping paddock with woodlands all around and some fab views over the valley. There are regular appearances from the resident wildlife, and fish to be spotted in the site’s pond (they’re for ornament only though, mind you – no fishing here please). For that relaxed rural vibe this has been kept as a basic site, with facilities stretching to one hot/cold shower, two toilets with wash-hand basins and electric lights. It's all nicely maintained nevertheless: the grass is mown every week and all is kept neat around the paddock and site; there's easy access too to the grounds via the five-bar gates directly off the road. You’re welcome to light up a barbie for sausage sizzles; a food shop is within a mile and handily open late daily. Harrowby is a countryside hamlet to the east of the market town Grantham. Journey times from London Kings Cross to Grantham are approximately one hour. Grantham railway station is approximately 3.6 miles with the journey taking around 10 minutes by car. The Campsite is ideally situated for visiting the National Trust site Belton House which is approximately 10 - 15 minutes by car where you will find a beautiful mansion house with landscaped gardens and wildlife. Also within 10 minutes by car is the historic Woolsthorpe Manor in Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth, near Grantham, the birthplace and family home of Sir Isaac Newton. Locally the town of Grantham has a market running each Saturday in the town centre. Ideal location for shopping experiences to Downtown & Oldrids retail stores. Exploring Issac Newtons birthplace and Granthams new cinema complex.

The site was freshly remodelled in 2023. Our new farm shop features gourmet, hand-prepared ready meals from the nearby Deli, perfect for those lazy days. Plenty of delicious local produce is also on offer, meaning you can visit us without the stress of a supermarket shop! The helpful visitor information section in the shop includes our new 'Wander Wall', where you'll find details of local hikes and activities for all ages and abilities. The quaint market town of Church Stretton is a five-minute drive away, where you'll find small, independent shops and Carding Mill Valley, a very popular spot for walkers. Our luxury Safari Tent is extremely comfortable and sleeps up to five people, with a spacious open-plan living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy an evening drink on the terrace whilst the kids play one of the board games in the living room and see if you can spot a deer at sunset.
We offer a variety of extras which can be booked during the checkout process. These include a private wood-fired hot tub, a glass bottle of fresh milk which can be refilled at the next-door organic dairy, and an entertainment set for children. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome - there is a small additional charge for cleaning.

Getaway venue comprising two distinct holiday accommodation lettings: an authentic shepherd hut crafted by Paulus Smith of Artisan Shepherd Huts and a loosely Americana-inspired 'shack' cabin featuring reclaimed and upcycled materials. Suitable for 2 couples or 4 close friends willing to share double beds. Sited within a fenced-in and gated wooded area inhabited by trees, birds, rabbits and squirrels; a respite from hustle-bustle and chattering tech (Wi-Fi is spotty). Both lettings have their own individual en-suite shower and toilet, kitchenette, fire bowl/pit and BBQ units. Be together in nature with exclusive use of this small woodland, or if you wish, have time out to rest separately. THE SPACE
Our small, secluded woods was probably historically a marl pit. As such, it is a dipped wooded area and is accessed via a ramped walkway. This area is gated and fenced in for added privacy. To promote a retreat-like atmosphere for all guests, non-guests are not permitted on the property.

Our property is surrounded by fields for grazing sheep or cattle, though you won’t have to look far to see ‘wild life’ as we also share our home with our dogs and a herd of rescue horses. You can enjoy views of the fields to the back of the property from our ‘tree house’ viewing platform. We do not offer equestrian or farm stay experience. We offer, by appointment only, horse guided systemic and family constellation therapy sessions. If you’re interested, please search online for ‘horse constellations shivaun.'

We are conveniently located just 10-15 minutes’ walk to Robertsbridge village, which offers shops, a café and bakery, pubs, restaurant, pharmacy, post office, vet and overground train station. We recommend driving if you wish to enjoy the various attractions of 1066 Country and High Weald AONB. E.g. Battle Abbey, Bodiam Castle, Pashley Manor Gardens, Darwell Wood, Scotney Castle and Carr Taylor Vineyard are within 15 minutes’ drive or less. While Rye, Hastings, Camber Sands beach, Chapel Down Vinery and Herstmonceux Castle are approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.

BROWNS HUT: ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES
This compact shepherd hut offers guests a tiny house living experience and features a double bed and an en-suite shower with heated towel rail and compost/waterless toilet. A wall mounted boiler provides hot water for a proper shower and all taps. Water supply is connected to mains so is safe to drink. Kitchenette facilities include sink, double hob, kettle, cafetiere, Italian style espresso maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils, also an under counter fridge-freezer. A compact but efficient Hobbitt multi-fuel burning stove provides lovely, warming flame and heat inside the hut.

A BBQ unit is provided for cooking outdoors if you prefer. A fire pit allows guests to strike up a cosy fire on cool evenings or cold nights when relaxing outdoors. Incessant burning or bonfires however is prohibited. A sufficiently practical amount of fuel for stove, charcoal for BBQ, and wood logs for the fire pit is provided.

BROWNS SHACK: ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES
This cabin offers guests a tiny house-cum-glamping experience and features a double bed and an en-suite shower with wall-mounted infrared heater and compost/waterless toilet. An electric fire stove, infrared heater and electric blanket provides indoor warmth and comfort during the colder months. Water supply is connected to mains so is safe to drink. An under-counter water heater provides hot water for quick showers and all taps.

A small kitchenette under the eaves features a sink and is equipped with a hot plate, kettle, cafetiere, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is an ample 46L mini fridge in the cabin. Guests can also cook their meals on a BBQ unit. A fire bowl is available for striking up a cosy fire on cold evenings when relaxing outdoors. A sufficiently practical amount of charcoal for the BBQ and wood logs for the fire bowl is provided.

We allow for one furry friend at a time. Please be mindful of muddy paws on soft furnishings and bed linen and please keep your dog on a lead when on the property.

Wi-Fi is available on the property through external/outdoor access points. However, please note that signal is weak or spotty in the woods.

Shared Space, Mutual Consideration
We live on the property and share it with our animal friends. Please be considerate and mind appropriate noise levels and be respectful of resident wildlife. Non-guests are not allowed on the property. Outdoor entertainment (e.g. cinema/loud music) is not permitted. Please do not feed the horses or enter the stable yard or paddocks. Please be aware that horses can nip or bite.

Mindful Use of Fire Bowl/Fire Pit
Please be mindful of safety and health considerations when making fires. Please use the fire bowl in a reasonable and moderate manner. Avoid excessive burning, such as:
* Making a large bonfire
* Filling the fire bowl to the top or overflowing
* Constant or prolonged burning throughout the day or night
