David and Saj will be delighted to welcome you to Meadow View Lodge which is a substantial family holiday home providing modern and spacious accommodation. It has recently been completely refurbished and upgraded throughout with no expense spared. Appliances include the Neff oven and Neff integrated fridge freezer, Bosch gas hob, microwave, integrated washing machine and a separate tumble dryer in the utility cupboard.

Modern, stylish and sophisticated interior design is a hallmark of the accommodation. There are new luxurious carpets in all bedrooms and first floor lounge.

There are two double bedrooms, a modern family bathroom and a utility cupboard with tumble dryer on the ground floor. In addition, this floor features a large open-plan living space which has been newly refurnished. The space also features a fully equipped kitchen including 5 ring gas hob, electric double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. There are of course, a full range of cooking pots, pans and utensils. For dining there is a large table seating eight.
The dedicated lounge area has patio doors that lead out onto a large and private newly-decked terrace which boasts a hot tub, brand new high-quality outdoor garden furniture and opaque privacy glass.

On the first floor there is a fabulous open-plan living space with a 4m vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows, which fill the room with natural light. Patio doors lead out onto the upper floor balcony with views across the surrounding countryside. On this level there are two further double bedrooms and a contemporary shower room. There are TVs in both lounges and 43" TVs in each bedroom.

Meadow View Lodge has a super fast WiFi - up to 80Mb/s and three ethernet ports at up to 700Mb/s, making it a perfect location for a working holiday.

There is private parking for 2 cars next to the property and ample additional parking on site.

Linen: Bedding, towels, plus 4 dressing robes are provided but please bring your own towels for the pool and beach.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We request that dogs don't go upstairs and please supply your own coverings for furniture.

The new management of the resort have started construction work on the site of the old golf course at Retallack, this is not very close to our lodge, so we are not being disturbed by it.

Sprig Cottage has a very spacious living area and is much larger inside than it appears from the outside. The kitchen has a multifunction microwave/combi oven, two ring hob, fridge, Tassimo Coffe Machine. Compact but perfect for a week or two of simple cooking. The bedroom is a cosy loft room so please mind your head. The shower room is also compact so please be aware of this before booking and feel free to contact me for any further information you require. Please be aware there is road noise especially at peak times. There is a single Z-bed mattress in the loft room should you wish to bring a sleeping bag/own bed linen. Dog sotting is also available for a small fee so please ask in advance.

The pool is not fenced so please be aware of this if you are bringing young children and dogs. The temperature is usually 26-28 degrees and dependant on the weather. We ask that guests do not run around the pool and do not leave children or pets unaccompanied in that area of the garden. The pool is 4 x 27' x 15'.

Dogs all have fun in the garden and it is fully fenced.
