Office hours :- 8am – 5pm Monday and Friday. 9am – 1pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Saturday. And Sunday 9am – 11am
If you are arriving after 5pm please contact the park office 01768776641 to arrange key collection. Your instructions will be left in the late arrival box at reception door.
You will be required to provide a swipe of your credit or debit card upon arrival as a security deposit. This will be deleted at the end of your stay when your holiday home has been checked.
Hot tub use is strictly from 7am to 10pm only. Please respect other holiday makers and young children - excessive noise will not be tolerated and please be aware that you could run the risk of the tub being turned off. Please note that this applies to hot tub accommodations only.
For group bookings under the age of 25 and same sex parties please contact the park in advance for approval.
Those with pets - please ensure your dog is on a lead at all times whilst in the park.
Hazelnut Lodge is strictly no pets.
The lodge occupancy is for the designated number of beds, this includes infants and children
