This unique Norwegian cabin built in the 1890’s and served as a painting studio for the Earl of Leven at that time who was an amateur water colourist and photographer. It is perched above the Findhorn with breath - taking views across the river to the Dunearn moors. It's the perfect romantic hideaway or retreat.

It is 200m from Glenferness House shielded from view by rhododendrons. There is a canopied double bed and a hammock to relax in. There is a shower-room. There is electric heating. Hidden in the cupboard you will find a fridge and microwave and washing-up bowl as there is no kitchen sink. There is also a table-top cooker, toaster and kettle. There is no WiFi nor television reception at The Studio but there is a television that can play DVDs and there is also a CD player.

Located in Nairn, this cabin is on a river. Nairn Museum and Grantown Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Lochindorb Castle and Culloden Battlefield. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

A warm welcome awaits visitors to the striking two storey Woodland Lodges with wifi, set amongst the natural birch woodland. These lovely timber buildings are tranquil and secluded. They are spacious, simple and comfortable, with balconies for wildlife watching or to sit with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

The open plan interior with french doors leading onto a balcony, comprises family seating, Freeview TV, DVD player, electric stove heating and carpet in the living area. There is wooden laminate flooring in the dining area and kitchen, with a dining table and chairs, plus a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. To the rear of the lodge is a twin bedroom, directly opposite the bathroom, with a shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Upstairs you will find the double bedroom with balcony, a twin bedroom and a cloakroom with WC. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables, side tables and mirrors. Beds will be made up for your arrival and towels are supplied.
