The Cart Lodge and The Dairy are part of West Heath Barns and situated in grounds of 4.5 acres so there is plenty of tranquil rural space where you can spend time recharging your batteries and enjoying the peaceful setting!

Great Massingham is one of Norfolk's most attractive villages and has one of the most photographed village greens in the county. Several large ponds dominate the village; some of which have their origins as the fish ponds for an 11th century Augustinian Abbey. In 2009 the village won a CPRE Community Open Spaces award and in both 2009 & 2010 an ‘EDP Pride in Norfolk’ award for villages with a population under 1000. The beautiful North Norfolk coast is just a 20 minute drive away. The village has a thriving community with a shop and also pub called The Dabbling Duck that has an excellent bar and restaurant and of course you are close to Sandringham, HM The Queen's country residence.
