Arrival Information: Darwin Escapes check-in’s are available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01768 776 510 to let them know.

Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Darwin Escapes kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub you are agreeing to Darwin Escapes’ terms and conditions, and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel costs may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01768 776 510 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Darwin Escapes will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.
Resort Facilities: Keswick Reach’s facilities are currently working at a reduced capacity and pre-booking for any spa treatments or food at the restaurant is essential. Please book by calling the resort reception on 01768 776 510. The gym can be used by people over 16 years old only. Young adults between the ages of 16 - 18 must be accompanied by an adult when in the gym. You can access the gym by visiting reception, you may be asked for a fully refundable deposit.
Additional Information: Please note your car registration number will be requested upon arrival for Keswick Reach’s security barrier system. Please note that BBQ’s are not permitted on the resort. Please read Darwin Escapes’ park rules found here.

Please be aware as this is a brand new park there is still some minor landscaping work taking place around the facilities and accommodation but this shouldn't affect your stay.
Security Deposit
Please be aware we take a £100 security deposit on arrival against noise, breakages or theft to protect the enjoyment of our guests. A debit card will be required as your pin will be requested on check in. (No cash/apple pay or cheques accepted). This is taken as a holding deposit which will be removed from your account up to 10 days after departure. Please be advised that credit cards can take up to 30 days to release the funds back to your account.
The park have a strict policy in place which states no hot tubs can be used or music after 10:30pm. All guests will receive one warning if there is a complaint if anymore guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
Group Bookings
Unfortunately hen and stag parties are not permitted at this park. For single sex group bookings these need to be agreed with park before booking, please call to book as group bookings can be turned away without pre-approval.
