Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

THE SPACE
A cosy retreat - Open plan living area with comfortable armchairs, inside and outside dining tables, double bed overlooking the little orchard, and a lovely en-suite bathroom. Not to forget the huge bathtub which is on a private/sheltered decking just outside of the main living area, so it can even be enjoyed in horrible weather!

APPLIANCES
There is a fridge, microwave, toaster, multi cooker and kettle in the wagon kitchenette. The multi cooker looks like a slow cooker, but it can sauté, slow cook, roast, bake and steam.

There is also a charcoal BBQ and portable pizza oven outside. Some charcoals will be provided, enough for at least one BBQ. The pizza oven works by placing it on top of the lit BBQ.

GUEST ACCESS
You can park right next to the accommodation, on the road beside the garden gate entrance to wagon.

Guests have access to the gravelled patch in front of the wagon. We ask that you stay within the bunting and tyre boundary, all areas beyond this are private.
