The ground floor offers a bright, open plan living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs, the four bedrooms maintain the easy, modern aesthetic found throughout the house. There are two double rooms with their own en-suites and two bunk bedrooms that share a family bathroom. The bunk beds are great for siblings to share, whilst the double room offer privacy and comfort for adults and older children. 
The whole of the Lakeside Estate feels like a celebration of nature, with woodlands, heathlands and rolling countryside surrounding the entire Estate. Bridport, as well as being the gateway to the magical Jurassic coastline and the stunning West Beach, is a thriving cultural market town. It has a fascinating antiques quarter, twice-weekly markets, regular farmer’s and antiques markets and a wonderful range of evening entertainment. It is a popular filming location. Bridport has a rope-making heritage and boasts a good reputation for arts, culture, events and food.

Just a mile away you will find the dramatic cliffs of West Bay and there are easy links west towards Charmouth and Lyme Regis and east to Dorchester and Weymouth. All are wonderful, interesting towns to visit.

There are many circular countryside walks surrounding Bridport and West Bay offering spectacular panoramic views. You will see diverse wildlife. You may also want to explore the National Cycle Network.

Dorchester is Dorset’s vibrant county town and the birthplace of the famous author and poet Thomas Hardy. You can visit interesting museums, shop until you drop, enjoy riverside walks, quaint cafes and some of the country’s best preserved Roman ruins. The Dorset County Show takes place in Dorchester every September. It is a celebration of the area’s agricultural history with many displays.

The Jurassic Coast is a World Heritage Site stretching from Exmouth in East Devon to Studland Bay in Dorset, a distance of about 96 miles. The cliffs are full of fossils, particularly around Lyme Regis. Charmouth Beach, West Bay, Chesil Beach, Durdle Door and Lyme Regis can all easily be visited from Bridport Mill.

There is something going on in Lyme Regis thoughout the year. Even In January you can enjoy the annual Lyme Lunge where a costumed crowd runs into the water. In April the Fossil Festival showcases the Jurassic Coast’s most famous rocks. May sees the Jazz and Blues Festival and August sees the annual Regatta. There is a carnival to close the summer and autumn opens with Guitars on the Beach, a mass singalong. In November fireworks dazzle the crowd and then come the spectacular Christmas lights.

The space
Our lovely Beach Cottage is bright, airy and has modern decor with a beachy feel. To the front of the property is a large decking with both dining and lounge furniture so a great space to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.

The property has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin so an ideal holiday retreat for couples, friends and families. The living area is all open plan with a large leather corner sofa, dining table with four chairs and a well appointed kitchen. A family bathroom and both bedrooms lead of the main living space.

There is a brand new children's play area on the far green and three large and well maintained lawned areas along with plenty of space between properties so for those that are young (or young at heart) will have plenty of space to kick a ball around and beautiful gardens for all to enjoy.

A strict no pet policy is implemented throughout the park and each individual property so you can be rest assured that you'll be staying in a pet free environment during your stay.

Located in Bideford, this chalet is on the beach. Northam Burrows Country Park and North Devon Coast reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Big Sheep and Clovelly Village. Atlantis Adventure Park and The Milky Way Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Seven can be found on the first floor, while there’s also one double-room on the ‘fun floor’ for those who just can’t leave the action (there’s always one!)

With a sleek and stylish covered brick BBQ area, you can whip up quite the alfresco delight for the whole group with ease, and dine in the sunshine, or even under the stars, on your wonderful terrace! Brixham Marina is just a stone’s throw away, and it’s less than a mile to Berry Head National Nature Reserve where you can enjoy a scenic stroll amid fabulous nature. In Brixham itself you’ll find an impressive fish market alongside shops and tearooms, while Torquay and the picturesque town of Paignton are just a short drive away.

Enjoy the warm, welcoming and easy-going folk of the West Country, and the endless sandy beaches, fossil cliffs, medieval towns and national parks of Devon, a truly unmissable county! Brixham Manor House is perfectly positioned for those wanting to explore the wonderful region of Torbay and the world-famous English Riviera. Located in the pretty seaside harbour town of Brixham, home to one of the cleanest beaches in the area, Breakwater Beach, and a variety of charming shops and eateries. The lively town of Torquay is just a twenty-five minute car journey away, here are a wider selection of excellent shops and restaurants, beautiful beaches of Babbacombe and the cliffside Oddicombe and fantastic attractions including, Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, Babbacombe Model Village and Living Coasts Coastal Zoo. For a perfect day in the fresh air and sunshine, Exmoor National Park and the 954km2 Dartmoor National Park, with their endless rugged moorland, woodland, farmlands and valleys sprinkled with granite tors are ideal for walking, horse riding, mountain biking, climbing and much more! The magnificent Jurassic Coast, comprising 95 miles of coastline with 185 million years of geological history is well worth a visit, with the South West Coast Path running along a large section of it.

And for a lively city, to the south-east is Exeter on the River Exe, with its Roman era City Walls, vaulted, medieval underground passages and stunning Gothic cathedral, built in the 12th-century.
