At one end of the hall, a step down takes you into the spacious and bright open plan kitchen/diner complete with a range style gas hob and electric oven, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is plenty of worktop space to prepare family feasts on and a kitchen island where you can enjoy a drink while chatting to the family chef. The large dining table allows everyone to sit together for sociable mealtimes and a glazed door leads out to the courtyard. At the far end of the hallway, is the inviting lounge with three comfortable sofas where you can settle back and watch a little TV. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with attractive oak furniture and next door is the family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower cubicle, and WC. Upstairs you will find a study area with a desk and chair and three more bedrooms, the generous master bedroom with a king size bed and walk in style closet. This also has an en suite shower room with WC. There are two single bedrooms, ideal for children or adults, and each with its own shower room and WC. Stepping outside, there is a small garden area. This can be enclosed by closing the farm gate and offers garden seating where you can make the most of good weather and sit with a morning cuppa.
