Fern is a two storey holiday chalet based on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park. It is very close to the Blue Flag beach resort of Dawlish Warren. There you will find a small fun fair, 18 hole golf course, cafes and pubs, a nature reserve and beautiful views across the bay. Our guests may use the on site pool complex if they wish, and subject to paying an admission fee. The Starlight club has nightly entertainment and cabaret acts. Our guests are allowed to use the club subject to park rules on entry times. Our guests can also use the Hazelwood park clubhouse which is two minutes walk from our chalet, and offers entertainment for adults and children.

There is a well stocked supermarket within a few minutes walk of Fern chalet, and the village of Dawlish Warren is served by a train station and bus stop. Exeter, Torquay and Dartmoor are within reach for day trips. The property manager lives next door to the holiday park, so check-in is very easy.
