This lodge is positioned in the scenic countryside near to Hadrians Wall, and on the farm, there are a number of Easycare sheep together with small number of varied breeds of poultry. The region is proud of its heritage and links to Hadrian s Wall, and further along the wall in Northumberland is Vindolanda a Roman settlement which is the most extensive site to be seen along Hadrian s Wall and indeed anywhere in Britain. Enjoy walking Hadrian s wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including Housesteads Fort, within a short distance from the property and offering plenty of opportunities for scenic walks. Access this property into the hallway, you will find this accommodation arrange on one level. Once in the hallway you will find the separate WC with washer/dryer. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and co ordinating tartan decor. Along with a shower room with shower and WC. As well as a private sauna for your use. Proceed into the welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wood burner, TV/DVD and Harris Tweed comfy suite. The dining area has seating for four. This pod is beautifully finished, situated on a working sheep farm surrounded by stunning picture postcard open countryside. In the springtime the lambs are a joy to watch! Threlkeld village is just over a mile away with a couple of lovely country pubs, a cricket pavilion and golf course. Annually, usually in May or June, Keswick holds the Mountain Festival which is a three day event with world class sports, outdoor activities, talks and films with live music. Derwentwater is only 12 miles away and offers some great water sport activities or why not visit one of the local distillery's. Entering the pod, you will find a spacious bright open plan living area with a sofa and a Smart TV, which will allow you to log into your Netflix Account and enjoy a good film. There is a double bed with views out over the fells and a kitchen area with two ring gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment, it offers everything you need to rustle up breakfast and a quick bite. Finally, there is a shower room with WC. The pod is separated from the two other pods on site by a lovely dry stone wall and planting. There is a private parking space for one car and a lovely covered decking to the front of the pod with seating. There is a private hot tub tucked away to the side of the pod with views over the Blencathra.

Visit the castle city of Carlisle which is within easy reach, or you could explore nearby Hadrian s Wall and follow in the footsteps of the Romans. Visit the market town of Penrith with its quaint streets and a variety of restaurants and shops to explore. You are perfectly positioned for walking, hiking and mountain biking around the area. To your left as you enter you have your dining area with seating for two which is just perfect, and opposite is a bench seat for extra relaxation. For your convenience there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge inside the shepherd s hut. Heading outside, located in a separate building nearby is the kitchen and separate shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob and the stylish shower room has a shower and WC. There is a private area next to your accommodation where you have a picnic table for al fresco dining together with a BBQ and covered outdoor area for you to enjoy. From here you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful countryside views on offer. There is ample off road parking available. The owners have a menagerie of animals on the small holding and you are welcome to come say hello to any of them. Take a short walk through the meadow and into the trees where you will discover a peaceful little hideaway. Nestled next to the stream with beautiful views ahead, a perfect place to relax in the long summer evenings, with a fire pit for those chillier nights.

Kick back, watch some TV and stream your favourite channels using Roku or your own device. The well equipped kitchen has an induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Next to the kitchen area there is a dining table where the whole party can catch up. There is a small private garden to the side and front of the lodge with seating which is accessed from the lounge and entrance door. There is private parking for up to three cars, two spaces on the drive to the side of the lodge and there is a space at the front of the lodge. At the back of the lodge there are two utility rooms. The first is a heated drying room with a washing machine. The second has a small freezer and secure storage for five bikes and sports equipment.

Aira Force waterfall is well worth a visit as is the Rheged Centre with its exhibitions, pottery, soft play, family theater, shops and cafes. This stunning lodge is the perfect place to getaway and enjoy luxury comforts. The decking area has been tastefully created to reflect comfort with seating area and your own private hot tub so you can enjoy those lovely evenings with a drink under the stars. Here, footpaths lead to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston (1 mile), giving walkers a panoramic view of the Lake District. A meadow path leads down to the village of Coniston (0.5 miles), where there are shops, cafes, and inns, and down by the lake you can hire rowing, sailing, and little powered boats. Here you will also find an array of shops, cafes, and pubs in which to browse. Venturing through the gate onto the decked area, you are met with this splendid, stylish micro lodge, perfect for a luxurious romantic glamping experience. Entering the property, you will find a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed to the rear of the pod, that is also partially screened off from the lounge, to enjoy the splendid views through the patio doors.
