The Beach Hut has two bedrooms; one is with two comfortable for an adults and children single beds and one with a double bed. There is plenty of storage to store your clothes and other essentials.

The Bees Knees is a quirky homely chalet situated on a privately owned park in the picturesque village of Mundesley and 600 yards from the award winning sandy beach. Located in Norwich, this chalet is next to a golf course and near the beach. Norfolk Motorcycle Museum and The Straw Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Sim-Air and Amazona Zoo. This superb holiday property has seen extensive refurbishment for the comfort and convenience of guests, but it hasn't lost any of its classic country charm. Located in the most beautiful of settings, the grounds are a delight and you will have the opportunity to meet the owner's alpacas, a treat for children and adults alike; there may even be the opportunity to walk and feed the alpacas! The living space is open plan, with full height ceilings, exposed trusses and a large picture window at one end making the space feel light and airy. The under floor heating ensures that you are cosy in the colder months and the tasteful furnishings and quality linens lend a feeling of luxury to the experience.

Situated on the other side of the courtyard from The Dairy, both cottages could be booked together giving two families the opportunity to holiday together whilst still retaining their own personal space.

The Peddars Walk pathway is close by and you can enjoy walks into Great Massingham (approx three quarters of a mile) where you will find one of Norfolk’s prettiest villages with two large central ponds and the popular Dabbling Duck gastro pub which the younger Royal's often frequent. The Cart Lodge and The Dairy are part of West Heath Barns and situated in grounds of 4.5 acres so there is plenty of tranquil rural space where you can spend time recharging your batteries and enjoying the peaceful setting!

A one hour complimentary Alpacca walk is included for guests staying at The Cart Lodge.

Great Massingham is one of Norfolk's most attractive villages and has one of the most photographed village greens in the county. Several large ponds dominate the village; some of which have their origins as the fish ponds for an 11th century Augustinian Abbey. In 2009 the village won a CPRE Community Open Spaces award and in both 2009 & 2010 an ‘EDP Pride in Norfolk’ award for villages with a population under 1000. The beautiful North Norfolk coast is just a 20 minute drive away. The village has a thriving community with a shop and also pub called The Dabbling Duck that has an excellent bar and restaurant and of course you are close to Sandringham, HM The Queen's country residence.

The kitchen area has work surfaces on three sides, both wall and under counter cupboard space, a sink with drainer, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, kettle, toaster and larder style fridge freezer. Master Bedroom To the rear of the property is the master bedroom, a good sized room with a Norfolk made king size wrought iron bed, side tables & lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table with chair and mirror over, fitted wardrobes and wall mounted TV. Family Bathroom Bath with mains pressure shower over, sink with mirror above and WC. Outside To the front of the cottage is the grassed courtyard area where guests can relax outside, dine alfresco and BBQ. Whilst dogs are very welcome at The Cart Lodge, they must be kept on a lead when in the courtyard directly in front of the cottage as it is shared with other guests. There is a large fully fenced paddock area for exercising your dog a 30 second walk around the corner adjacent to the guest parking area. There is private parking for two cars. The setting is delightful and you will love meeting the alpaca's during your stay.

This old cricket pavilion has been beautifully bought back to life; with views of paddocks and just a mile inland from the North Norfolk Coast. With its wood-fired hot tub, super-king size bed and direct access to both the coastal path and the village pub, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Inside The Old Cricket Pavilion you are greeted by a warm and cosy living area - all with quirky cricket touches, so you never forget the interesting past of the bolthole. Wide windows line one side, giving you views across rolling paddocks from every aspect of the pavilion. There is a super-king bed at one end with hand crafted cricket ball lamps on either side. There are two wicker chairs and an old Singer table for those evening when you wish to dine inside, or watch something on the smart television. The fully equipped kitchen has a hidden under-counter fridge with icebox, double electric hob and sink. There is everything you need to cook up a storm, and even a Nespresso machine for a morning coffee on the decking. The bathroom has a wide shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Stepping outside, there is a decked area with lovely large wooden chairs to sit with a drink and good book. Down the steps is a lawned area to the front and a decked area hidden to the side with a wood fired hot tub and table and chairs. There is a small firepit which can also be used as a BBQ for those al fresco diners. The village pub, The Three Horseshoes is only 250 meters away and there is a small path direct to the back of the pub from the pavilion. The beautiful Norfolk Norfolk coast is also accessible directly from the property; you can walk down the owners driveway straight to the coastal path on the Stiffkey marshes.

The village of Beighton is mostly known for its fourteenth century stone and flint church, Beighton All Saints which was re-worked by the Edwardian architect AS Hewitt and features a thatched nave roof and beautiful decorative glass. The bustling market town of Norwich is just fifteen minutes away with its picturesque lanes, buzzy market, cultural and dining treats and its cathedral. Guests can enjoy many boating excursions on the Norfolk Broads, the nearest of which is just five minutes from the house. The lively entertainment of Great Yarmouth is also close by, along with the beautiful, tranquil beaches of Horsey, Happisburgh and Winterton.

The School House is wonderfully secluded, allowing guests total privacy. The renovation includes a living room, kitchen diner, utility room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a toilet, a study and a boot room on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. You enter the property into the kitchen diner, a stunning space with a pitched, black framed glass roof. The fresh and contemporary feel blends beautifully with the stone floor and painted brickwork. The kitchen is sublime with its dark cabinetry, butlers sink and large freestanding range cooker. Guests dine at an industrial style dining table and chairs and the industrial theme continues with rows of shelves for crockery and glassware. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room and guest toilet. The end of the kitchen and dining area is home to a framed conservatory snug, a very useful second living area which is drowned in natural light and enjoys lovely garden views. The living room is very striking with its double height aspect and sumptuous sofas surrounding the feature open fireplace. There is a second dining table in the living room. The staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms continues with the modern theme of deep inky colours contrasted with fresh whites and textural neutrals, in keeping with much of the house. Doors from the living room open to the study, bunk room, a charming, colourful double bedroom and a modern wet room.

Upstairs you will discover the beautiful master bedroom suite with its vaulted beamed ceiling, super kingsize bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and overhead shower. It is a gorgeous room, minimalist in styling and featuring the same dark colour splashes. The remaining bedroom is a gorgeous twin with steel framed beds, crisp cottons and fabulous soft furnishings.

Outside, guests can enjoy the beautiful spacious garden and can enjoy alfresco dining and a firepit on chilly evenings. It is a lovely spot from where you can enjoy a wonderful range of entertainment.

The School House is located in a secluded position in the village of Beighton, fifteen minutes from Norwich and close to Great Yarmouth, Caister-on-Sea, the Norfolk Broads, Acle, Thrigby, Winterton, Horsey and Happisburgh. There is easy access to the three lakes of the Trinity Broads as well as the main waterways of the Norfolk Broads. The Trinity Broads are three lakes that are found in the north eastern region of the Norfolk Broads. These are land locked and not connected to the main Norfolk Broads waterways. The Trinity Broads are comprised of Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad. Fishing is very popular, there are a number of boardwalks, a wonderful waterside restaurant and pub and a sailing club. Locals often refer to the area of the main Norfolk Broads as ‘Broadland’. The beautiful Rivers Yare, Ant, Waveney, Chet and Bure meander their leisurely way through Norfolk and Suffolk connecting beautiful inland lakes, creating waterways and wetlands that make up The Norfolk Broads. Wildlife is abundant and conservation has been very successful in reintroducing species such as otters and herons that struggled for some time to survive. Acle is just minutes from the house, a flourishing market town with very attractive seventeenth and eighteenth century building and an ancient, nine hundred year old church. It hosts a small market every Thursday and has previously won the ‘Eastern Daily Press’ ‘Village of the Year’ competition. It enjoys great access to the Norfolk Broads and hosts an annual Acle Sailing Regatta which takes place west of the Acle Bridge on the River Bure.

Any visit to the Norfolk Broads really should include a visit to the bustling town of Wroxham, the hub of boating activity and a tourist mecca. It offers unique shopping, attractions, cafes, restaurants and beautiful local walks. Ludham is a quaint, pretty village, close to Womack Staithe offering white washed cottages with thatched roofs and a lovely pub.

The historic village and beach of Happisburgh is definitely worth a visit for its beach and historic lighthouse. The lighthouse is the the oldest working lighthouse on the Norfolk Coast and the only independently operated lighthouse in the UK. The lighthouse, built in 1790, is open to the public on occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays during the summer plus private visits can be arranged. The village enjoys a secluded sandy beach and a constantly changing coastline.
