Each of The Cabins is fitted out to ensure your stay is perfect, you will have everything you could possibly need. Each cabin has a living space where you can relax, cook or eat.

Your bathroom is spacious, floored with recycled ocean plastic and has a large shower to wash away the day. Finally you will find your way to your bedroom with the most comfortable bed for you to rest and recharge in.

The Cabins are all positioned to give you both the best views and privacy. Each Cabin is perfect for 2 , even your four-legged friend is most welcome in one of our dog friendly cabins, after all they are part of the family. You will have full use of the drying room and bike wash should you wish to use them. * Please note our cabins are dog friendly however there is a maximum of 2 dog per cabin.*

As with all our self catering spaces, you are very welcome to add on breakfast and the use of the Spa for an extra cost.

Also on the park you can try Tennis, Table Tennis, & there are 2 small play parks for the younger members of your family.
Dogs are welcome on the park & in the lodge (see below) & there is a lovely large dog walking field/area just 100mtrs from the lodge which leads to a small pond & picnic area.
Also on site is the Blagdon Inn a 15th century coaching house serving good food & fine wines & ales...The Blagdon also has sky tv & a pool table, as well as an outside childrens play area, all this just a five minute quiet walk from your lodge (dogs are welcome there too, inside & out). The Inn now does a takeaway service for delivery & collection.

Onto the lodge, its a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully fitted double width timber clad lodge finished to a luxurious standard with D/G & central heating if you are visiting out of season...
Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included in your stay & mobile signals are excellent.
Enter into a superb open plan living/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings... the large kitchen is fully fitted including a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine & the all important wine cooler, as well as kettle, toaster & all the other small kitchen essential items that you may need to make your stay a pleasure... oh & nearly forgot we supply a small welcome pack for your arrival.

These six luxurious pods are located on the owners working farm on a site with panoramic views of the Northern Lake District fells, across to the Solway and then out to South West Scotland. Each lodge has its own picnic bench and fire pit with some having electric hydrotherapy hot tubs and open views across the countryside to the Lake District fells beyond.

Castle Brae pod is a luxury lodge style pods with a decked balcony area and 4 person electric hydrotherapy hot tub. The lodge style pod has a kitchen with full size electric fan oven in addition to the microwave, full size fridge and electric hob. Lounge with a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult) overlooking the Smart TV. Each has a double bed and en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. The outdoor balcony decked area has a fire pit and BBQ (upon request) and a further decked area with chairs and there is also a picnic bench and fire pit.


All properties have electric heating, bed linen, dressing gowns and towels. Private patio area with picnic bench, BBQ and firepit. Private parking for 2 cars and secure bike storage can be arranged. Hayton is a rural village 3 miles from Brampton in the north east of the Cumbria. There is easy access to Hadrian's Wall, Lake Ullswater, Historic Carlisle and the North East, making it an ideal base from which to explore this much quieter corner of Cumbria. The village inn promises a warm welcome and serves delicious meals. Brampton also has a number of pubs, restaurant and take aways and the County capital, Carlisle is a short drive with facilities to keep old and young alike entertained. The natural beauty spot of Talkin Tarn and Gelt Woods are a short drive and perfect for a romantic walk, or the children will enjoy exploring the woodlands and the play area adjacent to the pods. Hadrian's Wall is close by for walkers and the quieter country roads and rolling countryside is perfect for keen walkers and cyclists or head to the Lake District, only 20 minutes away, to enjoy some mountain hikes and scenery. With three golf courses within easy reach, watersports at Talkin Tarn and pony trekking there really is something for everyone.

These six luxurious pods are located on the owners working farm on a site with panoramic views of the Northern Lake District fells, across to the Solway and then out to South West Scotland. The area is surrounded by peace and tranquillity, perfect for families wanting to reconnect with nature or for couples looking for a romantic ‘get away from it all' break. Each lodge has its own picnic bench and fire pit with some have electric hydrotherapy hot tubs and open views across the countryside to the Lake District fells beyond.

Children stay free, please bring your own bedding for children or we can arrange additional bedding and towels for a small charge.

Gelt pod is equipped with a sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult) overlooking the Smart TV. Kitchen area with full size fridge with small freezer compartment, induction microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle. Each has a double bed and en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. The outdoor balcony decked area has a fire pit and BBQ (upon request) and a further decked area with chairs and there is also a picnic bench and fire pit.

All properties have electric heating, bed linen and towels. Private patio area with picnic bench, BBQ and firepit. Private parking for 2 cars and secure bike storage can be arranged. The owners can supply BBQs (gas or charcoal), fire pit packs with marshmallows and skewers for a small supplement.

Each pods has a double bed and a small double sofa bed and can sleep 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

This cabin is located in Brampton. Lanercost Priory and Tullie House Museum and Gallery are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Talkin Tarn Country Park and RSPB Geltsdale. Walby Farm Park and AMF Bowling are also worth visiting.
